It's the lily season now! Lily blooms once a year, and now it is the moment we are all been waiting for. Let me recommend to you the best park to enjoy lilies. Kasui Yuri no Sono Lily Park in Fukuroi city has a vast amount of blooming lilies (2 million flowers of 150 different kinds). It is one of the largest lily gardens in Japan, and you can see colorful lilies and hydrangeas in the huge garden surrounding the pond. There are many koi fish and turtles in the pond, and they sell fish food for 100yen, so you can feed them.
The beautiful colorful lilies are in full bloom, it's mesmerizing. There are ups and downs along the way, and there is also a flat course. It is good for walking, so make sure you wear comfortable walking shoes and not sandals.
When I entered the park, millions of yellow lily flowers caught my eyes. It's really beautiful. Lillies fragrance smells good too. Unfortunately, you can't enjoy the scent of lilies with a mask. But when you're alone or far from other people, you can take off your mask for a bit to smell the flowers.
Before I go home, I stopped by at Kasui Yuri no Sono Lily Park's shop. They sell many flowers other than lilies. Some already bloomed, and some are still in buds.
A pot of plants price range from 500yen to 4000yen.
